The client wanted to do emails for full value communication with followers. We did a review of older versions and found points for improving design.

We updated the content. Tone of voice became more friendly, kind and positive. McDonald’s takes its customers who like morning coffee, Big Mac for lunch and legendary Cherry Pie for dessert.
Adaptability
Most of the customers browse emails from mobile. We thought about it at the first stage and thought over how to adapt most to mobile.
